Throughout my career, I have partnered with leaders across technology, ITES, retail, research, education, and professional services to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, team leadership, and executive presence. My clients have included organisations such as America Online, Accenture, Xerox Research Centre, HyperCITY, Shopper's Stop, Microchip Technology, and Dexler Information Solutions.
I believe that sustainable leadership growth begins with self-awareness. My coaching approach blends practical leadership development with deep personal insight, helping leaders uncover patterns, shift mindsets, and create meaningful behavioural change that translates into stronger business and people outcomes. Alongside my ICF coaching and DISC certifications, I am trained in NLP, Regression Therapy, Inner Child Healing, and Energy Healing, which allows me to draw from a broader range of transformational tools when appropriate.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, and a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Leicester, U.K.
